Development Control Plans

For projects on Territory land that are subject to Special Requirements under the National Capital Plan, a Development Control Plan may be required to be prepared for a site, which is progressed through the National Capital Authority.

Canberra Town Planning can assist with preparing a draft Development Control Plan (DCP) for consideration by the National Capital Authority and engage with the Authority to progress the DCP.

We have assisted clients to prepare DCPs on a range of sites across the ACT and understand National Capital Authority requirements for these Plans.
